Hell was loose today as we were very close to have to cancel the whole show. Machines  guitars didn t arrive in time and I got poisened. The whole body shaking all day, fever and freezing, totally dizzy and vomiting a lot. Amazing that we managed to pull the show at all, and I believe we actually played very well. I had to ask the promoter to place a bucket on the side of the stage if I suddenly should feel sick, but managed to hold it till the show was over. Getting poisoned after 30 hours travel and then be able to pull off a decent show is a proof that we do everything and a little bit more for the fans. Looking forward to two offdays in Los Angeles. The Dart Room in Arkansas is waiting for us Sunday and we can hardly wait! Thanx to the fans in Portland and a special thanx to Chris (promoter) and her crew who helped us so proffessionally through an extremely difficult day.

Portland, August 2nd

Hi all,

Gothminister have entered the city...! We are vey proud of kicking off the first Gothminister US tour here in Portland tonight. Yesterday HIVE and Chris (the promoter) gave us the "grand tour". The venue Fez Ballroom looks very promising. The stage has red drapes and a kind of gothic theatrical touch to it. We are really looking forward to tonight. Doors open at 21:00, and there will be two opening bands (check them out!) Gothminister on stage around 23:30. The band will do signing sessions at the merch stand after the show. See you tonight!
